MindaRide is built on what riders actually see at the terminal. Fares change, operators add and drop trips, and no published source keeps up with every corridor in Mindanao. This page is where the community fills those gaps.
Request a route
Searched for a trip and found nothing? Tell us the origin and destination. If a bus runs it, we research the operator, fare, schedule and stops, then add the corridor to the planner. If none does, we say so plainly rather than leaving you guessing.
Contribute info
Paid a different fare than the one shown? Caught a departure that no longer runs, or a stop the bus skipped? Send it in. Corrections from riders are how the fare data stays honest between operator postings.
What happens after you submit
Every submission is reviewed by hand, and you can follow it under My Submissions. It moves from Pending to Verifying while we check it against operator postings and terminal research, then lands on one of: Added once it is live in the planner, No direct service if no bus actually runs the pair, or Unable to verify when nothing can confirm it. If we need a detail from you it is marked Needs info and you can reply in the thread.
Nothing is published from a single report alone. A fare or schedule change is confirmed against the operator before it reaches the planner, so a mistaken submission cannot move what other riders see.
